Icon A5 – amphibious sport plane
This two seat amphibious plane with retractable gear for either land or water landings looks more like an enclosed jet-ski than a small plane. The Icon A5 can be flown with just a light sport aircraft license (which only requires 20 hours of in-flight training). Safe, cool, and reasonable affordable sports planes are definitely an amazing alternative to spending any time on a standard commercial airline. So zip around the bay area or take a quick hop from Miami to Cuba for some cigars and be back in time for dinner. 
It also has some super cool patent-pending technologies on-board; like the quick-deploying parachute… think of it as your in flight oh-shit handle.
Tops out at 120mph. A base price of about 100,000 Euros should make it great to keep in your garage or in your yacht. More info at iconaircraft.com
